Eric Yan serves as the Director of Special Projects at Esquire, collaborating closely with President Sandy Lechtick on retained searches and high-priority executive opportunities. He has been a key figure at Esquire since 2012, overseeing the firm's technology infrastructure, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
Prior to joining Esquire full time, Eric and his team specialized in empowering Directors, VPs, Executives, and seasoned professionals aiming for multiple six and seven figure compensation and secure positions that they truly deserve in this competitive job market. His mission was to expedite the job search, connecting clients with opportunities at some of the world's premier companies such as Meta, Amazon, Alphabet, Microsoft and Deloitte.
Eric also served as the Chief Operating Officer for a national manufacturing company. In this role, he oversaw various aspects of daily operations, including sales and marketing, manufacturing, finance, legal, HR, and vendor/customer relationships. His leadership facilitated business expansion through procurement, investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances. He also managed relationships with partners and vendors and actively participated in industry trade shows and meetings.
Mr. Yan brings a global perspective and versatile skillsets. He was educated in Hong Kong and the United States. He speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and limited Spanish.
