Re: Represented Mr. Seley and his products liability group to form the nucleus of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith's Sacramento office
My relationship with Esquire Legal Search Consultants may be one of the most important relationships I’ve ever had as far as my career advancement.
Because of my group’s desire to merge our practice with a top firm in Sacramento, we requested Esquire’s assistance. Although we had heard good things about Esquire organization, we had no previous dealings with them. As a four lawyer group within the firm, we had decided that joining a law firm with greater depth, breadth as well as practice compatibility, would provide the added support necessary for us to handle larger cases, as well as provide entre to a wider client base.
Although we had researched the market and looked at various opportunities, we were not aware of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith’s interest in establishing an office in Sacramento. I had known and respected one of their partners, but had limited knowledge of the diversity of the practice or their growth objectives.
Sandford A. Lechtick and Andrew Kenyon of Esquire made a very compelling presentation on behalf of Lewis, Brisbois. After meeting with several key partners and learning more about the firm, I concluded that the compatibility of practice, clients, growth objectives and philosophy was excellent. I recently accepted a partnership with the firm as managing partner in Sacramento. The move is working out exceptionally well.
This letter is to enthusiastically recommend Esquire as extremely helpful in assisting me in this very important stage in my career. I found them to be straight forward, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their knowledge of the legal market in Sacramento was impressive, as were their keen insights into Lewis, Brisbois and general tips throughout the process. All were extremely helpful.
Esquire, in my opinion, is unquestionably one of the top legal search firms in the state.
