Tom Van Dyke
Tom Van Dyke has five years attorney placement experience in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Mr. Van Dyke handles both partners and associates in Southern and Northern California, Philadelphia and Seattle. In addition, he is involved with staffing both national and regional firms looking to expand in Northern California. Tom played a key role in facilitating the merger of Hosie Wes (offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley) with Perkins Coie. He successfully handled the general counsel search assignment for Maritrans in Philadelphia. He has placed partners and associates with Dechert, Price; Heller, Ehrman; Morrison & Foerster; Cooley Godward; Duane Morris; Schnader, Harrison; Coblentz, Patch and other firms. Tom earned a B.A. in English Literature at St. Thomas University in Miami where he was editor-in-chief of the campus newspaper. In addition to legal search, Tom owns a recording studio at the Firehouse in Downtown Los Angeles, where the movie "Ghostbusters" was filmed. He has produced several albums there. He is the all-time champion of the Joker’s Wild quiz show and won several thousand dollars on WIN BEN STEIN’S MONEY. Tom is an avid cricket player. He and his wife, a successful TV actress, reside in the San Fernando Valley.
