Many intangibles are critically important to the success of a match-up, whether it involves in-house or law firm placement, a merger or an acquisition. Compatibility in practice, billing rates and compensation are important issues. 

However, we believe strongly that compatibility in philosophy, management style, culture and the manner in which lawyers interact with each other are also crucial. A headhunter's sensitivity to a lawyer’s unique needs as well as that of the law firm are enormously important to the success of the marriage between the two.
