Sandford A. "Sandy" Lechtick is founder and president of Esquire, Inc. Mr. Lechtick specializes in the placement of partners and has successfully represented more than a 100 partners and facilitated 5 mergers. With close to 30 years placement experience in legal, technical and executive search, few headhunters in California have Sandy’s track record or expertise covering more than a dozen industries. Sandy’s previous success in representing highly paid executives and negotiating compensation packages has contributed to Esquire’s track record in representing senior partners and groups.

Since 1973, Sandy has either personally represented or supervised the placement of more than 3000 professionals including mid-level managers and executives. Previous to his last 15 years of attorney placement, Sandy owned and operated a 35 recruiter organization which placed executives, engineers and computer experts in the high technology, finance, banking and health care fields since1987, when he shifted his firm’s focus to attorneys, he has led the diversification and growth of Esquire.
