Mary Lynn started in the search and placement business in 1984 working with Mr. Lechtick's previous search firm, where she specialized in middle management and technical searches relating to the computer, aerospace and heavy machinery areas. By 1987, she was one of the firm's top producers and established a prominent reputation in Southern California. She left the firm to raise a family and rejoined in 1997. Mary specializes in associate placement in Los Angeles and focuses primarily on small and mid-sized firms. She has had particular success placing real estate, business and employment litigation associates. Mary is also an accomplished singer and guitarist.
