Liner Grode Hires former Gibson Dunn Film
Finance Partner Brian Kilb

Los Angeles - March 30, 2011 – Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor LLP is pleased to announce Brian D. Kilb will join the firm as a partner on April 1st.  Mr. Kilb was previously a partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in the Corporate Transactions and Global Finance Groups.  His practice focuses primarily on media and entertainment, health care, gaming, technology, lodging and real estate.

 Mr. Kilb represents private equity and other borrowers, as well as investment and commercial banks in leveraged acquisition financings and other secured and unsecured senior, mezzanine and subordinated loan transactions, second-lien financings, asset securitizations and other financing transactions, troubled debt restructurings and pre-bankruptcy workouts, and in connection with equity and debt derivatives.  In addition, he represents issuers and underwriters in registered, 144A and private debt capital markets transactions, including issuance of convertible instruments.  He regularly counsels boards of directors and executive management in regard to transactional strategy, structure and issues, and fiduciary obligations.
