This move bolsters LeClairRyan’s capabilities in San Francisco, while creating opportunities for clients of the firm nationally.
Joining the firm as shareholders are Rick C. Chang, Duane H. Mathiowetz and Patricia L. Peden. All were previously partners with Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP.
LeClairRyan now has 35 employees in San Francisco, which includes 18 lawyers. LeClairRyan’s California presence also includes 42 attorneys and staff in its Los Angeles and Sacramento offices.
